Greg has been working in the municipal bond market for more than 30 years with a focus on reference data and securities evaluations. Prior to joining DPC DATA, Greg served as Vice President, Evaluations at Standard & Poor’s Securities Evaluations (SPSE). His role included bond pricing oversight, development of pricing models, and compliance policy and procedure. Early in his career Greg developed the Standard & Poor’s Municipal Bond Pricing System that stood as the industry standard for more than 25 years.
Greg is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, the Municipal Analysts Group of New York, and recognized as a Financial Information Associate (FIA) by the Financial Information Services Division of the SIIA.
Greg received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A. in Real Estate from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
