DPC DATA Inc., an industry leader in financial disclosure services and securities data outsourcing, announces the promotion of Michael A. Ruvo to Executive Vice President. Mr. Ruvo will continue in his role as Chief Information Officer of the company, where he oversees data operations and IT functions, as well as product and channel development.

Mr. Ruvo joined DPC DATA in April 2003 after more than eight years with Capital Access International where he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations. Capital Access International is now a part of Lipper, Inc., a Reuters Company.

"Much of DPC DATA's success in new product development and our increasing presence in the securities reference data market over the past two years came about as a direct result of Michael's efforts and creative input," said Peter J. Schmitt, President of DPC DATA. "He is also shaping our growing presence as a data outsourcing partner for major financial information companies. His promotion is a well-deserved distinction."

DPC DATA also announces the appointment of Michael J. Chintala to the position of Vice President and Manager of Data Operations. Mr. Chintala joins DPC DATA from MBAS, LLC, a company he founded in 2002 that provides customized billing and administrative services to healthcare professionals. Prior to that, Mr. Chintala was Vice President of Global Data Operations for Capital Access International for eight years. He reports to Michael Ruvo in his new position.
