Under Mr. Schmitt’s leadership, DPC DATA has become the foremost SEC-designated national repository for municipal securities information, in terms of breadth of documentation, historical depth, and usage by the marketplace. He has established the firm’s offshore subsidiaries, developed highly successful information products, and expanded the firm into outsourced services.
Previous to founding DPC DATA, Mr. Schmitt held executive positions in the capital markets industry, including chief operating officer of Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC) after serving as senior vice president and director of fixed-income research at Prescott, Ball & Turben. He also was a founder of Acevedo, Schmitt & Co., a consulting firm engaged in structuring and selling distressed assets. He has served on corporate and non-profit boards, is the author of a number of professional publications, and has spoken extensively to professional audiences on municipal disclosure issues. He holds a BA in East Asian studies and economics from SUNY Brockport and an MBA in finance from SUNY Albany.

Mr. Ruvo oversees overall sales management and the firm's day-to-day operations. Mr. Ruvo has been deeply involved in the transformation of the company's data, technology and product infrastructure, as well as the expansion of the firm's business process outsourcing services.
Mr. Ruvo joined DPC DATA in April 2003 after more than eight years with Capital Access International where he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations. Capital Access International is now a part of Lipper, Inc., a Reuters Company. He holds a B.S. in finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Mr. Chintala brings deep experience in global securities markets and expertise in
managing large-scale securities reference databases to his role in overseeing data operations.
His role includes overseeing the secure Web-based operations of DPC DATA's multi-national
outsourcing services.
He joined DPC DATA from MBAS, LLC, a company he founded in 2002 that provides customized
billing and administrative services to healthcare professionals. Prior to that, Mr. Chintala
was Vice President of Global Data Operations for Capital Access International for eight years.
