Since 1992, DPC DATA has been serving as a data hub to the municipal bond marketplace with archive products and services. Today, on www.munifilings.com, we provide the largest and most comprehensive archive of municipal securities disclosure documents to the general public, as well as delivering muni data products to thousands of desktops of traders, analysts and investors.
From our first product, MuniIRIS®, a CD-ROM collection of official statements, escrow documents and document amendments, we have expanded our coverage to include financial statements, continuing disclosure reports, and material event notices. In 1997, we received the SEC’s designation as a Nationally Recognized Municipal Securities Information Repository (NRMSIR).
Today our products include a variety of delivery options to the industry including MuniDocsOnline® and MuniLINK®, specialized information products such as OBCodes® and MuniPOINTS™, and our electronic document distribution service, Download Prospectus™.
In 1996, DPC DATA established its first offshore subsidiary for data operations. During 2006, DPC DATA formed a new subsidiary in the Republic of the Philippines, continuing our tradition of impeccable data services.
A number of well-known firms in global securities markets have chosen to outsource their own mission-critical data projects to our offshore facilities. In serving these clients, our capabilities have steadily expanded in data extraction, data remediation, and data collection capabilities with special expertise in equities, global fixed income, mutual funds and securities master creation and maintenance.
Today, we continue to expand our capability as a strategic outsourcing partner in the financial world, as well as other markets. We also offer a full array of software and web development services to our clients.
